Tree Fun Facts was established in 2019 by Jake Gutteridge and Tarant Hobbs as part of a Tree Identification Project in Cedars Park, Cheshunt. We included fun facts in the visitor booklets to encourage wider learning about trees.
As we discovered more information, we realised that there is no website that provides such an array of information looking at trees from a wide range of perspectives. Therefore, this site was created, focusing on the more interesting and more obscure information that may not be found in other sources.
Tree Fun Facts aims to educate anyone around the world and increase the public knowledge of how important trees are to our planet, and why we should be in awe of them! We believe this is a unique concept.
