The tree "Kalpavriksha" is a sacred concept in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, representing eternal life and prosperity & is believed to fulfil the desires of those with pure intentions.
According to mythology, the tree emerged during the Samudra Manthan (churning of the ocean) along with Kamadhenu, the divine cow, and was taken to heaven by Indra.
Decorative motifs of Kalpavriksha can be found on some sculptures and coins, particularly from the Gupta period.
Often depicted in celestial gardens, it represents the manifestation of desires and is used in Vastu Shastra (principles of architectural design) to bring positive energy into a space.
In both Vastu and Feng Shui (Chinese), a brass or metallic Kalpavriksha is placed in homes or offices to attract wealth, good health, and harmony.
